A team of Chicago business leaders meet and advise an audience of small business owners in the One Hour Mentor Program.
The One Hour Mentor Program is designed to give small business owners an opportunity to meet and ask questions from business leaders who have a variety of expertise's including marketing, financing, and effective business operations.
Treasurer Neely has made helping small business a top priority of her office. According to the Treasurer, "Helping Chicago small business owners is important to me on a professional and personal level. I come from a family of small business owners, and know first hand the importance that small businesses play in building and developing neighborhoods. Chicago may be known as "The City of big shoulders", but we can take great pride that it is also a "City of small businesses."

One Hour Mentor Program Leaders include:
- Stephanie D. Neely, City Treasurer, Raised in a family of small business owners. As City Treasurer - promotes two small business loan programs, the annual small business expo, and the business plan writing competition.
